Dartle Raises $100,000 Seed Funding Led by IPV to Expand Global Footprint in Youth Sports Technology

The digital transformation of sports is no longer limited to professional leagues and elite athletes. Across the world, youth sports academies are increasingly adopting technology to streamline operations, enhance player development, and improve engagement with athletes and parents. Tapping into this growing opportunity, Kerala-based sports-tech startup Dartle has raised $100,000 in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV).

The fresh capital will support the company’s expansion into international markets, particularly the United States, while strengthening its AI capabilities and partner ecosystem.

Building the Operating System for Sports Academies

Founded by Nihal Pradeep, Swathi Krishnan, and Nagaraj R Potti, Dartle operates a vertical B2B SaaS platform designed specifically for youth sports and football academies.

The platform enables academies to manage multiple aspects of their operations through a single integrated system. From scheduling and attendance management to player performance analytics and parent communication, Dartle aims to simplify processes that are often handled through disconnected tools and manual workflows.

As sports academies scale their operations and seek more structured approaches to athlete development, the demand for technology platforms that can centralize management and improve decision-making is growing rapidly.

Expanding Presence Across Global Markets

Since its launch, Dartle has established a presence across multiple geographies, serving 14 academies across India, the Middle East, Nepal, and the United States. The startup has also gained early traction in the American market, where it is currently running eight paid pilot programs with sports organizations.

The latest funding will help the company accelerate its go-to-market strategy in the US, a market that represents one of the largest opportunities globally for youth sports technology solutions. By strengthening its international presence, Dartle aims to position itself as a global platform serving academies across different sporting ecosystems.

Leveraging AI for Smarter Sports Management

Artificial intelligence is becoming an increasingly important component of sports technology, and Dartle plans to deepen its AI integrations as part of its growth strategy. The company believes that data-driven insights can help coaches, academy operators, athletes, and parents make better decisions regarding player development, training effectiveness, and long-term performance tracking.

By combining operational management tools with intelligent analytics, the platform seeks to create greater value for academies while improving athlete retention and engagement. According to the company, its technology can reduce administrative workload by up to 75%, allowing coaches and administrators to focus more on training and athlete development rather than routine operational tasks.

Strong Early Validation

Dartle has already achieved several milestones that demonstrate growing market acceptance of its platform. The company recently secured a $60,000 MLS Next sponsorship, a significant validation from one of North America’s leading youth football development ecosystems.

Additionally, Dartle has doubled its average contract value from $15,000 to $33,000, indicating increasing customer confidence and a growing willingness among academies to invest in technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and player outcomes.

These developments provide important indicators of product-market fit as the company continues to scale internationally.

Ambitious Growth Plans Ahead

Looking ahead, Dartle plans to onboard more than 100 sports academies globally over the next year. The startup is also targeting annual recurring revenue (ARR) of nearly $1 million, reflecting its ambition to become a leading technology partner for youth sports organizations worldwide.

The company believes that the combination of digital operations management, performance analytics, AI-powered insights, and enhanced parent engagement can help academies deliver a more professional and data-driven sporting experience.

Backed by a Growing Startup Ecosystem

Beyond investor support, Dartle has benefited from India’s growing startup ecosystem.

The company is backed by startup accelerator Upekkha and has also been recognized by NSRCEL at IIM Bangalore, two institutions known for supporting technology startups during their early growth stages.

Such support has helped the company refine its business model, strengthen its product offering, and expand its network within the broader startup and technology ecosystem.

The Future of Sports-Tech

As youth sports become increasingly professionalized and data-driven, technology platforms are expected to play a central role in shaping the future of athlete development and academy management.

Dartle’s latest funding round highlights growing investor confidence in niche SaaS solutions that address specific operational challenges within large and underserved markets.

With plans to expand internationally, strengthen AI capabilities, and onboard hundreds of academies, Dartle is positioning itself at the intersection of sports, technology, and data-driven athlete development.

As digital adoption accelerates across sports organizations worldwide, platforms like Dartle could play an important role in modernizing how the next generation of athletes is trained, managed, and supported.
