Rebalance Unveils 10th Accelerator Cohort Featuring 10 Women-Led Startups Across Diverse Sectors

Rebalance, one of India’s leading accelerators focused on women entrepreneurs, has announced its 10th Accelerator Cohort, bringing together 20 founders from across the country who are building startups across sectors, including deeptech, healthcare, climate, fintech, consumer brands, enterprise technology, and spacetech.

The milestone cohort, which began in March 2026, highlights the growing impact of women-led entrepreneurship in India and reflects the increasing diversity of industries where women founders are building innovative businesses.

Founded by Aishwarya Malhi and Vikas Kumar, Rebalance was launched with the mission of increasing the representation of women in startups and venture capital. Since 2019, the organization has built a strong ecosystem for early-stage women founders by providing access to capital, mentorship, community, and growth resources.

Over the years, Rebalance has supported more than 200 founders and helped facilitate over $50 million in follow-on funding. Its portfolio currently includes 30 companies, with women making up 75% of the founders across these startups.

As part of its 10th cohort, Rebalance has selected 10 promising startups that are addressing challenges across technology, healthcare, education, consumer products, aerospace, and artificial intelligence.

BioCompute

Founded by Anagha Rajesh, BioCompute is working on a futuristic solution to one of the world’s growing challenges – data storage. The startup is developing DNA-based storage infrastructure aimed at helping data centres manage rapidly increasing volumes of data. According to the company, the gap between data generation and storage capacity is widening by nearly 65% every year, making alternative storage technologies increasingly important.

Bijou Co.

Co-founded by Ashmika Gupta and Kush Dhannawat, Bijou Co. is an accessible luxury jewellery brand focused on lab-grown diamonds and sterling silver jewellery. Through its direct-to-consumer platform and bespoke Atelier service, the company aims to make diamonds more wearable and accessible for modern consumers.

The Sweet Change

The Sweet Change is a clean-label sweetener brand co-founded by Manvi Agnihotri, Sheen Hitaishi, Kapil Grover, and Jatin Agnihotri. The startup’s first product is a gut-friendly monk fruit sweetener that contains no erythritol or artificial ingredients. The founders aim to create healthier alternatives to traditional sugar without compromising on taste.

Uniiq

Founded by Nandini Sethi and Adhiraj Mathur, Uniiq is building an AI-powered admissions counsellor for students planning to study abroad. The platform seeks to simplify the admissions journey and provide personalized guidance to aspiring international students.

SKIPD

SKIPD is a multifunctional skincare brand co-founded by Janhavi Jain and Sandali Jain. The company has introduced the concept of “Skipcare,” focusing on simplified skincare routines through multi-purpose products. Its first products, Glowscreen and Moonscreen, are designed to combine several skincare steps into a single solution.

Moventus

Founded by Ayesha Bedi, Moventus is creating longevity-focused performance clubs that combine diagnostics, performance coaching, and technology to help individuals optimize their health over the long term. The startup focuses on functional performance and preventive wellness rather than conventional fitness or healthcare models.

UnleashX

Enterprise AI startup UnleashX has been co-founded by Ajay Kadyan, Ruchika Yadav, and Pawan Dalal. The company is developing an AI orchestration platform that enables AI agents to execute complete enterprise workflows autonomously, helping businesses automate decision-making and operations.

Mirable

Founded by Laxmi Krishnan, Mirable is building wearable technology specifically designed around female physiology. The company aims to generate long-term health insights by combining wearable devices with cycle intelligence to support women’s hormonal health and wellness.

Spantrik

Spacetech startup Spantrik, co-founded by Kajal Rajbhar and Hitendra Singh, is developing Raven, a fully reusable rocket designed to provide affordable, reliable, and rapid satellite launches. The startup aims to address growing challenges around launch availability, cost, and scheduling faced by satellite operators.

Kandid AI

Kandid AI, founded by Bhavya Arora and Pulkit Garg, is helping direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands improve customer acquisition and sales through AI-powered sales agents and intelligent storefronts. The startup aims to make product discovery faster and more effective for online brands.

Rebalance stated that interested investors, family offices, and ecosystem participants can connect with the founders through the accelerator network. The organization is also inviting applications and referrals for women founders interested in joining its upcoming Cohort 11.

With its 10th cohort, Rebalance continues to strengthen its mission of supporting women entrepreneurs and creating greater diversity within India’s startup and investment ecosystem.
