IPV Secures 16 Exits in FY26, Delivering 41% Aggregating IRR to Investors

Startup investing platform Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) has wrapped up the financial year 2026 on a high note, clocking 16 exits with an aggregate Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 41% and a 2.86x money multiple.

The exits, which comprise both partial and full divestments, span a diverse group of startups including Secret Alchemist, Aerem, Qubehealth, Kazam, Stage, Hudle, AFK Gaming, and GeoiQ.

High-Performing Exits and Acquisitions

According to a company statement, aromatherapy and wellness brand Secret Alchemist emerged as the top performer for the fund, yielding a massive 192% IRR and a 4.56x multiple. Other standout exits include:

  • Aerem: 60% IRR

  • Qubehealth: 49% IRR

  • Kazam: 34% IRR

The fiscal year also saw significant consolidation and strategic secondary sales. Gaming media platform AFK Gaming was acquired by Nodwin Gaming, while location intelligence startup GeoiQ was absorbed by eyewear unicorn Lenskart.

Furthermore, IPV facilitated strategic and secondary exits involving prominent institutional investors such as Blume Ventures, Unicorn India Ventures, Avishkaar Fund VI, and Amazon.

Portfolio Maturity and Follow-on Funding

The angel platform highlighted strong maturity metrics, stating that more than 50% of its portfolio startups with a vintage of over two years have either secured exits or raised follow-on capital.

During FY26 alone, 26 IPV-backed startups successfully raised follow-on funding rounds. Through secondary transactions in these rounds, the fund delivered a blended IRR of 84.22% and a 3.33x money multiple.

Sustained Investment Momentum

To date, Inflection Point Ventures has deployed over ₹1,200 crore across a portfolio exceeding 280 startups. The platform showed no signs of slowing down toward the end of the previous calendar year, executing 18 investments in Q4 2025 alone. Some of its latest bets include Cohoma Coffee, Pinq Polka, Reneonix, and Roopya.
