Flipkart-owned fashion ecommerce platform Myntra has appointed Pramod Adiddam as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), signalling a renewed focus on technology-led growth as the company sharpens its ambitions across scale, speed, and customer experience.
Adiddam will lead Myntra’s overall technology charter, spanning platform innovation, engineering excellence, and long-term scalability. He will report to Nandita Sinha, CEO of Myntra, and work closely with business and product teams as the company expands its core fashion marketplace and builds capabilities in emerging areas such as quick commerce.
The appointment comes almost a year after Myntra’s former chief technology and product officer Raghu Krishnananda stepped down in April 2025, ending a five-year tenure that saw the platform navigate rapid growth and increased competition in India’s e-commerce landscape. With Adiddam’s arrival, Myntra is signalling continuity as well as a fresh push towards strengthening its tech backbone.
With more than two decades of experience, Adiddam brings a deep understanding of building and scaling large consumer-facing platforms. He has previously held senior engineering leadership roles at Google and Instacart, where he worked on complex, high-traffic systems, global marketplace expansion, and product innovation. His background includes architecting large-scale commerce infrastructure and scaling marketplace engines that power multi-billion-dollar businesses, an experience that aligns closely with Myntra’s next phase of growth.
Commenting on his new role, Adiddam said Myntra has already built a strong technology foundation anchored in rigour, scale, and customer-centricity. He added that his focus will be on deepening these capabilities to ensure the platform remains resilient, agile, and ready for long-term growth as consumer expectations evolve.
This is Myntra’s second senior leadership appointment in recent weeks. In June, the company brought in Ritesh Mishra as senior vice-president and head of category and revenue, reinforcing its leadership bench at a time when India’s fashion ecommerce market is becoming increasingly competitive.
Myntra’s leadership moves come against the backdrop of strong financial performance. In the fiscal year ended March 2025, the company crossed the ₹6,000 crore revenue milestone, with revenue from operations growing 18% year-on-year to ₹6,042.7 crore. Even more notably, Myntra’s profit after tax surged 18 times during the same period, underscoring improved operating leverage and scale.
As Myntra looks to blend fashion, technology, and faster fulfilment models, Adiddam’s appointment reflects the company’s belief that engineering depth and platform resilience will be central to staying ahead in India’s fast-evolving ecommerce ecosystem.
