Edgistify Raises $1.4 Million to Power AI-Led Fulfilment for India’s Fast-Growing Commerce Ecosystem

Edgistify, a leading e-commerce and quick-commerce warehousing and fulfilment platform, has raised $1.4 million in a fresh funding round to accelerate its next phase of growth. The round was led by Dubai-based VC fund NB Ventures and global supply chain veteran Rajesh Ranavat, with participation from Prateek Maheshwari (Co-founder, PhysicsWallah), Vivek Gaur (CGO, PhysicsWallah), Vikram Tandon (former CHRO, Adani Group), and other strategic angel investors.

The fresh capital will be deployed to onboard more high-growth brands, strengthen fulfilment capabilities across India, and accelerate AI-led orchestration through Edgistify’s proprietary platform, EdgeOS.

Building the Missing Fulfilment Backbone for Indian Commerce

Edgistify was founded by Umang Shukla, Antim Suman, and Kamal Kishore Kumawat to address a structural gap they had witnessed firsthand: while Indian commerce was scaling rapidly, fulfilment infrastructure was struggling to keep pace.

Today’s high-growth brands no longer struggle with demand generation. Instead, their challenges lie in purchase order errors, fragmented multi-channel operations, unpredictable replenishment cycles, and inconsistent city-wise execution.

Each new sales channel—whether marketplaces, quick commerce, D2C, or B2B—comes with its own formats, service-level agreements, packaging norms, and reconciliation processes. Most fulfilment networks fail to absorb this complexity at scale. Edgistify, however, has built its model precisely to manage it.

Rather than forcing brands into rigid, one-size-fits-all setups, Edgistify designs customised fulfilment models aligned with each brand’s operational requirements, enabling faster deliveries, lower costs, and improved customer experience.

From Warehouse Vendor to Fulfilment Orchestration Partner

As commerce becomes increasingly omnichannel, brands require more than warehouse space—they need predictability and orchestration.

Edgistify positions itself as an execution partner that brings AI-led visibility combined with disciplined on-ground operations. Its technology-first approach enables brands to scale across cities and channels without operational chaos.

“We’re building a fulfilment partner brands can trust at scale,” said Umang Shukla, Co-founder & CEO, Edgistify. “This round strengthens our ability to help brands grow without disruption. Fulfilment must be fast, intelligent, and predictable, and that’s the foundation we’re building.”

Investors Back Long-Term Fulfilment Innovation

Commenting on the investment, Rajesh Ranavat, mentor and investor, said the funding reflects confidence in Edgistify’s long-term vision.

“For us, this raise is more than capital—it’s a strong endorsement of Edgistify’s mission to build a modern fulfilment backbone for India’s evolving commerce ecosystem. Fulfilment will define the next decade of brand growth, and Edgistify blends technology, operational excellence, and market understanding in a way that is solutions-driven and built for scale,” he said.

Scaling Execution with AI and Automation

The company plans to deploy the capital toward:

  • Onboarding more high-growth consumer brands

  • Advancing AI-led orchestration through EdgeOS

  • Expanding fulfilment depth across Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets, which are emerging as India’s strongest consumption hubs

“Indian logistics is still stitched together manually,” said Antim Suman, Co-founder & COO, Edgistify. “We’re standardising reliability from warehouse to warehouse and city to city. Execution should feel as consistent as manufacturing.”

EdgeOS: The Intelligence Layer Behind Operations

At the core of Edgistify’s offering is EdgeOS, a unified orchestration platform that integrates WMS, OMS, FMS, last-mile operations, and internal intelligence into a single execution layer—capabilities that only a handful of fulfilment players in India currently offer.

“India has world-class demand but outdated fulfilment infrastructure,” said Kamal Kishore Kumawat, Co-founder & CTO, Edgistify. “With EdgeOS, we aim to make supply chains transparent, intelligent, and predictive. This funding accelerates our work in AI, automation, and real-time insights so brands can operate with confidence, not guesswork.”
