Wednesday, 12 November 2025: VA TECH WABAG (‘WABAG’), a leading pure-play water technology Indian Multinational Group, is pleased to announce its first investment commitment under BLUE SEED in Nimble Vision, a Bengaluru-based start-up developing advanced indigenous DeepTech solutions for water conservation, automation, and real-time analytics. BLUE SEED is a strategic initiative by WABAG to support waterpreneurs and scale innovative water-tech startups across India.

Through the BLUE SEED program, VA Tech WABAG will invest in, nurture, and empower promising early-stage water technology start-ups with high growth potential, providing comprehensive support and resources to accelerate their success.

This collaboration marks a significant step towards strengthening India’s self-reliant water technology ecosystem — combining Nimble Vision’s DeepTech innovation with WABAG’s global experience to drive digital transformation in water infrastructure and enable improved water accountability across municipalities, industries, and residential users.

The Strategic Investment will help Nimble Vision to:

  • Expand IoT-based automation systems for water supply, treatment, and distribution
  • Enhance AI-driven predictive analytics for leakage detection, energy optimization, and water quality management
  • Accelerate the development of indigenous smart sensors and controllers under the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative
  • Deploy scalable water conservation and automation platforms across municipalities, industries, and communities
