Mumbai-based HR Tech and Human Capital Management (HCM) platform uKnowva has secured $0.5 million in pre-Series A funding, co-led by Parv Network, Growth 91, and Aapna Infotech.
The company will deploy the fresh capital to boost sales and marketing, expand geographically through a stronger partner ecosystem, and accelerate development of its AI-led product roadmap.
Founded in 2010 by Abhay Talekar, Priyanka Bhor Jain, and Vicky Jain, uKnowva offers a full-stack HR automation suite—spanning recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee engagement, and predictive analytics. The platform is designed to help businesses of all sizes digitize HR functions and drive productivity at scale.

Over the next 12–24 months, the company plans to strengthen its partner-led distribution, scale across Tier I and II cities, and double down on its AI-driven product innovation to meet the evolving needs of digital workplaces.
