Xovian Aerospace Raises $2.5 Million in Pre-Seed Round to Develop AI-Driven RF Satellite Infrastructure

Spacetech startup Xovian Aerospace has raised $2.5 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Piper Serica and TurboStart, with additional backing from Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) and Eaglewings Ventures.

The fresh funds will be used to accelerate the development of AI-native radio frequency (RF) satellite infrastructure and support space trials scheduled by the end of the year.

Xovian is developing a constellation of RF nanosatellites that can capture and decode dynamic signals in real-time—moving beyond traditional satellite systems that rely only on optical data. The company’s platform is designed to offer continuous RF signal intelligence, enhanced by AI-powered decision-making.

The technology is positioned to transform sectors such as maritime, aviation, defence, oil & gas, and weather forecasting, offering low-latency, high-fidelity insights. Xovian claims its vertically integrated model can deliver up to six times more data value per dollar compared to conventional systems.

With pilot discussions underway in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, the startup is preparing to make a significant mark on global spacetech infrastructure.

According to TheKredible, over a dozen Indian spacetech startups—including OrbitAid, InspeCity, and Sisir Radar—have raised approximately $21 million in 2025, reflecting growing investor confidence in the sector.
