VerSe Innovation, the parent company behind leading content platforms Dailyhunt and Josh, has announced the appointment of Rohit Sandal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Sandal will be responsible for leading the company’s global people strategy, with a focus on nurturing future-ready talent, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting VerSe’s international expansion efforts.
Rohit Sandal brings with him over two decades of HR leadership experience, having held senior roles at Freshworks, Lenovo, and Dell. Throughout his career, he has led transformative people initiatives at scale, driving growth, innovation, and cultural evolution within global tech organizations.
He succeeds Maya John, the outgoing Chief People Officer, who played a pivotal role in scaling VerSe Innovation’s workforce and culture during its rapid growth trajectory. John was also instrumental in facilitating a smooth leadership transition by onboarding Sandal into his new role.
