Preetam Thingalaya has joined Bullet, India’s first micro-drama app, as Vice President – Marketing, according to his LinkedIn announcement. The app, developed in partnership with Zee Entertainment, aims to redefine digital entertainment by offering vertical-format, bite-sized episodes crafted for binge-watching. These creator-led micro-dramas focus on high emotional storytelling, merging short-form engagement with cinematic quality.

Preetam’s Role and Background
In his new role, Preetam will lead brand strategy, digital growth, and creator marketing initiatives, driving user acquisition and engagement across Bullet’s ecosystem.
He brings over 20 years of experience across entertainment, FMCG, e-commerce, and technology, with deep expertise in building digital ecosystems, forging creator collaborations, and scaling audience engagement.
Prior to joining Bullet, Preetam headed marketing at Eshtory, a premium original audio storytelling platform, where he led brand strategy and user growth. His career also includes leadership roles at Mirum India (a VML Company), Zee5, Mindshare, and HUL, where he successfully led multi-platform campaigns and brand transformations.
