Digital experience testing and measurement company Mozark has raised $40 million in a Series B funding round led by International Finance Corporation (IFC) and RMB Capitalworks, with participation from Kalaari Capital.
The company had earlier raised $10 million in funding from investors, including VentureSoul Partners and BlackSoil.
Funds to Support Global Expansion
According to the company, the fresh capital will be used to expand its global presence and pursue strategic acquisitions as it scales its digital experience testing platform.
Helping Organizations Measure Real-World Digital Performance
Founded in 2019 by Chandrasekar Ramamoorthy, Kartik Raja, and Fabien Ranaudineau, Mozark provides technology that helps enterprises, telecom operators, government organizations, and regulators test digital experiences in real-world conditions.
The platform performs scripted critical user journeys on real devices, across real networks and locations, enabling companies to understand how their digital services perform in real-life situations.
Through this process, Mozark generates synthetic experience telemetry, helping organizations identify performance issues across the AI-native technology stack, including applications, AI systems, and underlying infrastructure.
Addressing the Digital Quality Divide
Mozark’s technology aims to address the digital quality gap that exists due to differences in geographies, devices, networks, and infrastructure environments.
Its platform helps organizations ensure consistent digital performance and reliability, regardless of the user’s location or device.
By identifying performance issues at the root level, such as data centers, networks, hardware, or power infrastructure—companies can resolve problems before they affect end users.
The platform is also designed for sovereignty-ready deployment, offering an independent and transparent measurement layer that improves accountability and service quality.
Global Customer Base
Mozark currently serves more than 50 enterprise and government clients across over 20 countries. Its customers include telecom operators, financial institutions, regulators, and digital-native organizations.
The company’s deployments run on thousands of live devices simultaneously and have already conducted over 25 million tests to support benchmarking and user-experience assurance analytics at scale.
With the new funding, Mozark plans to further strengthen its technology and expand its reach in the global digital experience testing market.
