Eternal Capital, the early-stage venture capital fund founded by former BharatPe COO Dhruv Dhanraj Bahl, has announced its rebranding to Sadev Ventures.
The new identity aligns the fund with its family office name, which has long reflected its core values. Sadev Ventures said it will continue to focus on its India-first strategy while helping portfolio companies expand globally through partnerships with international LPs and strategic networks.
“As our vision goes deeper into India’s entrepreneurial fabric while simultaneously tapping financial, social & intellectual capital pools across borders, it’s the right time to scale under an identity that resonates with stakeholders. It shifts focus away from a ‘capital-only’ play to enabling ventures that can become generational institutions,” said Dhruv Dhanraj Bahl, founder & managing partner.
Launched in mid-2024, Sadev Ventures is sector-agnostic, investing in seed to pre-Series A startups with cheque sizes of ₹2–6 Cr. The fund has already deployed half of its ₹120 Cr corpus (with an additional ₹120 Cr greenshoe option) across 20 startups, including Asaya, Cleevo, Cookd, Gladful, Hypergro, Bidso, and Liquide.
The firm remains committed to post-PMF startups, with an emphasis on profitable growth. Its operator-led model blends financial capital with deep founder empathy and access to high-impact networks, offering what it calls “the colour of money.”
