Deeptech startup Consint.AI has raised ₹22 crore (approximately $2.3 million) in a Series A funding round backed by BIG Global Investment JSC, Equanimity Ventures Trust II, and Seafund Venture India Scheme I. The fresh capital will support the company’s global expansion plans while accelerating the development of advanced artificial intelligence solutions for healthcare and insurance risk management.
Founded by Ashish Chaturvedi, Consint.AI develops AI-powered platforms that help healthcare providers, insurers, and enterprises improve fraud detection, claims processing, and clinical intelligence. The startup leverages advanced artificial intelligence, machine learning models, and large language models (LLMs) to automate complex workflows and strengthen risk management capabilities.
The company said it will utilize the newly raised funds to expand its presence across India, the Middle East, Africa, the United States, and Southeast Asia. The investment will also be used to strengthen its AI research and enterprise delivery capabilities while building a foundational AI model designed to detect fraud, waste, and abuse across healthcare, insurance, banking, and financial services.
According to the company, its AI platform has already assessed more than 100 million transactions and identified over ₹1,000 crore worth of fraud. The platform is powered by more than 500 AI and machine learning models, fine-tuned large language models, and over 500 digitised clinical protocols, enabling organizations to improve operational efficiency and reduce financial losses.
Beyond fraud detection, Consint.AI offers AI-powered solutions across claims processing, document forensics, and clinical intelligence, helping insurers and healthcare organizations automate decision-making and improve the accuracy of risk assessments.
The company’s upcoming foundational AI model is expected to further strengthen fraud detection capabilities while supporting insurers, healthcare providers, and government health programmes in identifying suspicious claims and improving compliance.
As the adoption of artificial intelligence accelerates across regulated industries, healthcare and insurance are emerging as key sectors where AI-powered automation can significantly improve efficiency, reduce fraud, and enhance decision-making. With its latest funding, Consint.AI aims to expand its technology footprint globally while building next-generation AI solutions for enterprise risk management.
The Series A investment marks an important milestone in Consint.AI’s growth journey, positioning the company to scale its AI-driven healthcare and insurance solutions across international markets and capitalize on the increasing demand for intelligent fraud detection and risk management platforms.
