Online travel platform EaseMyTrip has unveiled its largest diversification initiative yet, announcing five consecutive investment deals worth Rs 514 crore, according to regulatory filings. The move marks a major strategic expansion for the company beyond its traditional travel and ticketing business.
EaseMyTrip will fully acquire AB Finance Private Limited while taking minority stakes in Three Falcons Notting Hill, Javaphile Hospitality, Levo Beauty, and SSL Nirvana Grand Golf Developers. All five transactions will be executed through a share swap arrangement, with the company issuing new equity shares on a preferential basis instead of paying cash.
Under the agreements, EaseMyTrip will acquire 100% stake in AB Finance, 50% in Three Falcons, and 49% each in Javaphile, Levo, and Nirvana, representing a combined deal value of Rs 514 crore.
The largest transaction among them is the Rs 194 crore acquisition of AB Finance, which the company said will help augment its business expansion and operational capabilities. Another key investment includes Rs 175 crore for a 50% stake in Three Falcons, a London-based hospitality venture that operates The Knight of Notting Hill, a boutique hotel.
The remaining investments include:
-
Rs 19.6 crore in Javaphile Hospitality (cafés and fine-dining segment)
-
Rs 24.5 crore in Levo Beauty (salons, spas, and wellness centers in Gurugram)
-
Rs 100.5 crore in SSL Nirvana Grand Golf Developers (real estate venture)
EaseMyTrip said the acquisitions reflect its vision to build a holistic lifestyle ecosystem, combining travel, hospitality, finance, and wellness experiences.
“These deals mark the next phase of our growth journey — evolving EaseMyTrip into a diversified platform that connects travel with lifestyle and leisure,” the company said in its statement.
All transactions are subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals and are expected to close within the next three to four months.
In addition, the company announced key leadership changes — Sankalp Kaul has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), replacing Naimish Sinha, and Manmeet Ahluwalia has joined as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
With these strategic moves, EaseMyTrip aims to strengthen its presence across multiple consumer sectors, aligning with its broader goal of becoming a comprehensive travel and lifestyle brand.
