Jobs and career platform Apna.co has launched a multilingual AI Calling Agent designed to automate interviews and reduce hiring timelines by nearly half.
Powered by Apna’s proprietary Agentic-AI stack, Blue Machines, the tool initiates voice interviews instantly after a job is posted and can handle 10,000+ conversations in parallel across Hindi, English, and multiple regional languages.
According to the company, the system delivers 80%+ connection rates, compared to 30% via manual calling. Recruiters gain instant transcripts, audio highlights, and AI-generated shortlists directly on their dashboards.
The launch builds on Apna’s broader AI-driven hiring push. Earlier this year, it rolled out AI Job Prep, a candidate-facing mock interview platform that has seen 7.6 lakh+ simulated interviews and 39 lakh minutes of engagement, with strong adoption among Gen Z in metros and tier-II cities.
