Shreetech Data Secures $4.5 Million Funding to Power Next Phase of Digital Infrastructure Growth

Mumbai-based Shreetech Data has raised $4.5 million in fresh funding from Aarii Ventures, the investment arm of the Kothari family, and the Cello Family Office, as it doubles down on building the backbone of India’s digital economy.

The funds will fuel Shreetech’s expansion across data centers, power infrastructure, and in-house equipment manufacturing, strengthening its position as one of the few end-to-end infrastructure providers in the country.

Founded with the vision to simplify digital infrastructure deployment, Shreetech today operates across three critical verticals — data centers & digital infrastructure, power infrastructure, and manufacturing of mission-critical components. From design and construction to IT integration and lifecycle management, the company manages the entire spectrum of digital infra needs.

Over the past few years, Shreetech has delivered 100+ data center projects and secured over 500 MW of sanctioned power capacity. Its manufacturing arm, Datalix, produces core infrastructure components like LV switchboards, smart PDUs, cable management systems, and ceiling systems for data centers. This backward integration not only ensures better quality and cost control but also helps shorten project timelines — a critical edge in a fast-growing industry.

On the execution front, Shreetech delivers turnkey data center projects covering civil works, MEP execution, IT networks, cloud and cybersecurity integration, and even smart city systems. Its power division extends into transmission lines, substations, and rail electrification, reflecting its broader infrastructure play.

The results have been staggering. Shreetech has scaled revenues from ₹88 crore in FY21 to ₹613 crore in FY25, clocking an impressive 62% CAGR, led primarily by the surge in demand for data infrastructure.

“With India’s digital backbone expanding at breakneck speed, Shreetech is uniquely positioned as a full-stack infra partner,” said a senior executive familiar with the deal.

As India’s AI adoption, cloud migration, and smart infrastructure projects gather momentum, Shreetech’s integrated model — spanning data centers to manufacturing — could place it at the heart of the country’s digital transformation journey.
