Samaaro Raises $500K in Pre-Series A Round to Expand Enterprise Event Marketing Solutions

Bengaluru-based Samaaro, an AI-driven event marketing platform, has raised $500,000 in a pre-Series A funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV). The round also saw participation from Silver Needle Ventures, LetsVenture, SucSEED Indovation Fund, and angel investors Sagar Narola, Suryansh Jalan, and Gautam Kumar.

The company had earlier secured $500,000 in seed funding from SucSEED, Silver Needle, and The Chennai Angels. With the latest infusion, Samaaro plans to strengthen its brand visibility in India and the Middle East, while expanding its focus on enterprise and mid-market clients.

Founded in 2020 by Purnank Prakash and Mayank Banka, Samaaro offers an AI-powered SaaS stack that enables enterprises to transform events into measurable business outcomes. The platform integrates attendee management, lead scoring, analytics, CRM connectivity, and marketing automation, empowering organizations to streamline event operations, target the right audience, and optimize ROI.

The global event marketing industry, currently valued at $10 billion, is expected to more than double to $24 billion by 2029, reflecting the growing demand for tech-led event solutions.

Samaaro already serves marquee clients including ICICI Lombard, Modon Properties, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Varun Beverages, and Apex Group, with a presence spanning India, the Middle East, and North America.
