For many parents, navigating children’s everyday health needs often comes with a quiet concern—what exactly are we giving our kids? It’s this very question that led to the creation of RN Kids, a pediatric wellness startup looking to bring clarity, trust, and better formulations into the category.
Founded in September 2025 by Rushabh Nandu and Nihar Parekh, RN Kids has raised ₹7.1 crore (approximately $760K) in a pre-seed round. The round saw participation from noted investor Ashish Kacholia and Lashit Sanghvi, along with a group of angel investors and family offices.
The idea behind RN Kids is rooted in real, on-ground observation. Through years of pediatric practice, the founders noticed a recurring gap in how everyday concerns—like immunity, gut health, growth, and common colds—are addressed. For many families, solutions felt either unclear, overly complex, or lacking trust.
RN Kids aims to change that by building clean-label, clinically backed formulations designed specifically for children’s daily health needs. But beyond just ingredients, the startup is also focusing on how these solutions are delivered—working on formats that are not only effective, but also easy and enjoyable for children to consume.
At its core, the brand is trying to strike a balance between what children need and what parents look for: efficacy, safety, and convenience—without compromise.
The company plans to launch its first six products by the end of July across Amazon, Flipkart, and its own D2C platform, with plans to expand into quick commerce and offline retail soon after.
As more parents become informed and intentional about their choices, RN Kids is stepping into a space where trust, transparency, and thoughtful formulation could define the next wave of pediatric wellness in India.
