In a significant boost to the Indian creator tech ecosystem, Qoruz, a Bengaluru-based creator intelligence and collaboration platform, has raised $500,000 in fresh funding from The Chennai Angels as part of its ongoing $1 million pre-Series A round.
The funding round also saw participation from a diverse mix of senior marketing professionals, agency leaders, and media industry veterans, reflecting the growing confidence in Qoruz’s data-first approach to influencer marketing.
Founded in 2014 by Praanesh Bhuvaneswar, Prabakaran B, Aditya Gurwara, and Priya Vivek, Qoruz aims to help brands go beyond vanity metrics and intuition when working with creators. Instead, it offers structured, AI-powered tools that enable marketers to discover, evaluate, and collaborate with creators for measurable impact.
“We’re not just building a platform, we’re building an ecosystem for the creator economy,” said Praanesh Bhuvaneswar, co-founder and CEO. “For this to scale meaningfully, it needs more than connections; it needs infrastructure. This capital allows us to deepen that foundation and bring operational precision to a space that has long operated on instinct.”
This isn’t Qoruz’s first vote of confidence. The startup earlier raised ₹4.5 crore in seed funding from Dexter Angels and the IIM Indore Alumni Fund.
Now, with this new capital infusion, Qoruz is eyeing global growth, particularly in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, while continuing to scale its AI-driven capabilities and venture into new verticals.
Qoruz also has bold goals — aiming to hit $30 million ARR by 2026 with 3x YoY growth in enterprise adoption. Already trusted by 1,000+ brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Jiostar, Dabur, L’Oréal, and Coca-Cola, the startup is well on its way to redefining how the world collaborates with creators.
