KNOT Raises $5M to Scale 60-Minute Fashion Delivery

Mumbai-based quick commerce fashion platform KNOT has successfully raised $5 million in a new funding round, aiming to aggressively scale its operations and its signature 60-minute fashion delivery service.

The round was led by 12 Flags, with continued participation from existing investors Kae Capital and Boundless Ventures. This significant influx of capital comes just three months after the startup’s $3 million pre-Series A funding in August.

Key Focus Areas

Founded in 2025 by IIT Bombay graduates Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, KNOT targets Gen Z and millennial shoppers by focusing on speed, convenience, and personalization.

The fresh funds will be strategically deployed to:

  • Expand Delivery Network: Extend the 60-minute delivery service across Mumbai and into new cities.

  • Strengthen Logistics: Enhance micro warehousing, routing efficiency, and last-mile logistics to manage higher order volumes.

  • Broaden Portfolio: Onboard major established fashion brands, including Jack and Jones, Vero Moda, Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, and Allen Solly.

Tech & Growth

KNOT’s platform addresses online shopping uncertainty with features like AI-powered virtual try-on, doorstep trials, and instant returns.

The startup claims strong recent growth, having crossed 350 daily orders, marking a threefold increase over the last three months. By combining speed and convenience with a curated selection, KNOT is capitalizing on the growing consumer demand for instant access and flexibility.

The company competes in the quick fashion space with players like Slikk and ZILO, and with Myntra’s quick delivery offering.
