Haircare Disruptor 3TENX Secures Strategic Funding from Wolfpack Labs at ₹100 Crore Valuation

3TENX, the science-backed professional haircare brand that has taken the Indian beauty market by storm, has secured strategic funding from Wolfpack Labs. While the exact investment amount remains undisclosed, the deal reportedly values the young startup at approximately ₹100 crore within just 12 months of its launch.

The funding follows an explosive growth period for 3TENX, which achieved a staggering ₹50 crore Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in its first 18 months. The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate the brand’s digital-first strategy and solidify its nationwide distribution network.

“Olaplex Made Accessible for India”

Founded by beauty industry veterans Aankith Aroraa and Megha Arora, 3TENX was born from a simple yet powerful insight: Indian consumers wanted salon-grade results without the “import premium” price tag.

Before launching 3TENX, Megha Arora (MD) was instrumental in introducing bond-building technology to India as the distributor for Olaplex. Her experience with global giants like AVEDA and Balmain Hair Couture revealed a massive gap in the market for high-efficacy products tailored specifically for Indian hair concerns and price sensitivities.

“3TENX is essentially Olaplex made accessible for India,” said Megha Arora. “We’ve created formulations that deliver international efficacy but are bottled and priced specifically for Indian consumers.”

Scaling to the ₹100 Crore Milestone

With over 2,000 salon partnerships already under its belt and a growing presence in Sephora India, 3TENX is now eyeing a revenue target of ₹100 crore. Co-founder and CEO Aankith Aroraa, who brings two decades of experience in scaling luxury beauty brands, noted that the funding will help the brand penetrate deeper into Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets.

Key Expansion Priorities:

  • Digital Domination: Building a robust e-commerce infrastructure to capture the surging online beauty segment.

  • Modern Retail: Expanding the retail footprint beyond Sephora into additional specialty beauty stores.

  • Salon Education: Doubling down on professional partnerships with enhanced education programs for stylists.

  • R&D Innovation: Investing in new product lines to address diverse hair types and climate-specific concerns.

The Wolfpack Labs Edge

The investment by Wolfpack Labs, the venture studio co-founded by Aakash Anand (Founder of Bella Vita Organic) and Prerna Gupta, underscores the brand’s potential for massive scale.

“Achieving ₹50 crore ARR in 18 months is exceptional,” said Aakash Anand. “This partnership will help 3TENX scale significantly on online channels where we see a tremendous opportunity for growth.”
