AI Software Startup Heizen Secures $500,000 Pre-Seed Funding Led by Titan Capital

Heizen, an AI-native software delivery startup, has raised $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by Titan Capital, with participation from prominent angel investors including Varun Alagh (co-founder, Mamaearth) and Abhishek Goyal (co-founder, Tracxn).

The funds will be used to scale Heizen’s engineering team in India, boost customer acquisition in the U.S., and accelerate development of its proprietary multi-agent software delivery platform, the company announced in a press release.

Founded in April 2024 by Aman Arora, Abhilasha Singh, and Nijansh Verma, Heizen leverages AI agents alongside top-tier engineering talent to deliver custom software at speed. The startup operates on a weekly sprint model, specializing in agentic internal tools, AI-first digital products, and MVP development.

Heizen’s platform integrates large language model (LLM)-powered AI agents with human engineers to streamline the design, development, and deployment of bespoke software solutions. Initially working with startups, the company is now expanding its go-to-market strategy to serve high-growth and enterprise clients.

Since its inception, Heizen claims to have onboarded over 50 clients across the U.S. and India, and reports 20% month-over-month growth. With an 83% first-month client retention rate, the startup is aiming to carve out a significant share of the global $4.6 trillion IT services market.

Looking ahead, Heizen plans to deepen its presence in the U.S., advance its AI agent technology, and strengthen its pipeline of AI-native engineering talent to support its growing global ambitions.
