Bengaluru-based AI startup Live2.ai has raised Rs 130 crore, or approximately $14 million, in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The round includes primary capital to support business growth and a secondary component that provides partial liquidity to early shareholders.
The company plans to use the fresh funds to develop its agentic intelligence layer, expand its go-to-market operations for enterprise customers and global consumer brands, and strengthen its regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Founded in 2024 by J Venkat, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora, Live2.ai operates an AI-based social intelligence and commerce activation platform. It helps brands turn online conversations and customer engagement into actionable insights, marketing campaigns and commerce opportunities.
Live2.ai Connects Social Intelligence With Commerce
Live2.ai’s platform enables brands to monitor online conversations, identify emerging trends, plan and publish social media content, and track campaign performance across multiple channels.
It also helps companies manage audits and compliance for influencer and user-generated content. Brands can use rights-cleared content to create shoppable experiences across digital and offline channels, connecting social engagement with sales opportunities.
The platform combines a unified entity graph, multimodal artificial intelligence and autonomous AI agents. It monitors brand conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and review websites, helping businesses understand customer sentiment, identify trends and make informed decisions.
Live2.ai offers three main capabilities. Its social intelligence tools support trend identification and campaign planning, while its audit and compliance features help brands manage influencer and user-generated content. The platform also provides social media publishing and performance tracking across channels.
Eight AI Agents Support Campaigns and Customer Engagement
The startup’s platform uses eight AI agents to support activities across social intelligence, campaign management and customer engagement.
These include Crisis Detection, Trend Scout, Campaign Auditor and Autonomous Response. The agents work on a shared entity graph and operate with governance controls and human review.
By combining these capabilities, Live2.ai aims to help brands move beyond monitoring social media conversations to taking action based on the information they gather. The platform is designed to support tasks ranging from identifying potential brand crises to improving campaign execution and responding to customer interactions.
More Than 200 Brands Across Global Markets
Live2.ai said it serves more than 200 brands across the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia.
Its customers include Henkel’s Schwarzkopf, Salonory, Titan Brands and Shiseido. The company is expanding its focus on enterprise customers and global consumer brands as it builds out its platform and infrastructure.
The startup also reported that its revenue grew fourfold over the past 12 months. Around 90% of its revenue comes from markets outside India, highlighting its international business presence.
Fresh Capital to Support AI Development and Global Expansion
The funding will support further development of Live2.ai’s agentic intelligence layer and help the company expand its enterprise and global consumer brand operations.
Strengthening regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific is another priority. These investments are intended to support its international customer base and the continued development of its AI-powered platform.
With the latest funding, Live2.ai plans to build on its social intelligence and commerce activation capabilities, helping brands connect online conversations with campaign execution, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
