Bucketlistt.com Raises ₹7.6 Crore Seed Funding Led by Kairon Capital to Expand Travel Experiences Platform

Travel-tech startup Bucketlistt.com has raised ₹7.6 crore in a seed funding round led by Kairon Capital, with participation from Titan Capital, Divisa Family Office and Kunal Popat. The company plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its technology, expand its network of experience providers and enter new destinations across India.

Founded in 2025 by Shubham Makhecha, Nitant Desai and Divyam Shah, the Ahmedabad-based startup helps travellers discover and book verified experiences across India. Its offerings include adventure activities, cultural experiences and curated activities that allow travellers to explore destinations beyond conventional sightseeing.

The latest funding follows an earlier pre-seed round of ₹1.07 crore, which saw participation from angel investors Arvind Choudhar, Aenik Shah, Kartik Khatri and Yash Mehta.

Bucketlistt.com launched in Rishikesh in December 2025 and is preparing to expand into destinations such as Manali and Bir. The company plans to invest in product development, onboard more experience operators and build content and distribution partnerships to support its expansion.

Its marketplace connects travellers with local operators offering activities ranging from adventure experiences in Mount Abu to the Ganga Aarti in Rishikesh and curated dining experiences in Jaipur. By bringing these offerings together on a single platform, the startup aims to simplify the process of discovering and booking activities at different destinations.

Alongside its consumer-facing marketplace, the company operates OkGhumo, a platform designed to help experience providers manage bookings, inventory, agent networks and payments. Launched in March 2026, the platform enables operators to digitise day-to-day processes that might otherwise rely on phone calls, WhatsApp messages and spreadsheets. Its live inventory capabilities also support booking confirmations based on the availability of experiences.

According to figures shared by the company, Bucketlistt.com and OkGhumo together managed more than ₹22.5 crore in bookings during the 10 months following the business’s launch. Bucketlistt.com has served more than 12,000 customers, while OkGhumo has served over 50,000 customers. The company also reported that approximately one in five customers on Bucketlistt.com comes through word-of-mouth referrals.

The startup operates in a competitive travel experiences market that includes global platforms such as Klook, GetYourGuide and Viator, as well as Indian players such as Alyve. Its business model combines consumer discovery and booking with software that helps local experience providers manage their operations.

With the latest funding, Bucketlistt.com plans to expand its presence across more destinations while strengthening both its consumer marketplace and operator platform. Its next phase of growth will focus on broadening its range of experiences, improving its technology and bringing more local operators onto the platform.
