Jaipur-based healthtech startup Aignosis has raised Rs 4 crore in a seed funding round led by Antler, with participation from Nikhil Kamath and angel investors including Varun Dua and IIMA Ventures.
The fresh capital will be used to expand Aignosis’ AI-assisted autism and developmental screening platform across India, with a focus on increasing access to screening and referral services through government and private healthcare networks.
Founded by Raksheet Jain and Divyansh Mangal, Aignosis had previously raised its first round in 2024 from investors including Rajneesh Bhandari and Amit Jain.
AI-Assisted Developmental Screening Platform
Aignosis has developed a screening system designed for children between 16 months and nine years of age. The platform uses a standard laptop and webcam to capture a short video of a child responding to nine stimulus modules.
The recorded video is analysed using computer vision to assess behavioural signals such as gaze, response to name and reactions to facial expressions.
Based on these signals, the platform generates a risk report indicating whether further clinical assessment may be required. Aignosis said the system is designed as a screening tool and does not provide a diagnosis.
The startup has completed its CDSCO regulatory process and received Class B certification. It was also selected for the Google for Startups Accelerator: AI First 2025 cohort.
Presence Across Government and Private Healthcare Networks
Aignosis currently operates through a Clinic in Clinic model and has deployed its platform across more than 20 government Primary Health Centres in Rajasthan.
The startup has also partnered with Mankind Pharma, with its medical representatives supporting screening camps conducted alongside paediatricians across India.
In addition, Aignosis is starting operations with Apollo Shines across around 125 schools, expanding its screening network into educational settings.
The company claims to have completed more than 8,000 screenings so far and aims to conduct at least 1 lakh screenings by the end of FY27.
Expansion Across Seven States
Following the latest funding round, Aignosis plans to expand its operations into Punjab, NCR, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, Karnataka and Maharashtra.
The company intends to build wider screening and referral access by working across government and private healthcare networks, while expanding the availability of technology-assisted developmental screening.
With its latest funding, Aignosis is looking to scale its screening infrastructure and partnerships across India while connecting children who may require further evaluation with appropriate clinical pathways.
