Vytalyou Raises Rs 9 Crore in Pre-Series A Round at Rs 33 Crore Valuation

Mumbai-based doctor-led longevity and preventive healthcare startup Vytalyou has raised Rs 9 crore in a pre-Series A funding round from Chetan Jain of Pharma Dose and Ratan Jain of Venus Industries, at a valuation of around Rs 33 crore.

The fresh capital will be used to expand Vytalyou’s network of Incremental Lifestyle Clinics across Mumbai, the company said in a press release.

Founded in 2025 by Chirantan Bose and Preetesh Bhandari, Vytalyou operates in the preventive healthcare and longevity space, combining diagnostic assessments with personalised health interventions and medically supervised care.

Vytalyou’s Preventive Healthcare Approach

The startup offers a range of preventive healthcare services spanning pathology, radiology, cardio-respiratory assessments, body composition evaluation, genetic and cancer screening, gut microbiome evaluation, personalised IV therapies and regenerative interventions.

Vytalyou also provides non-invasive pain management technologies for people dealing with chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

At the centre of its offering is its Predictive Longevity Evaluation, which uses an AI-based algorithm to assess an individual’s health profile, biological ageing and potential health risks.

Following the assessment, doctors review the results and develop a medically supervised care plan based on the individual’s health profile and identified risks.

Nearly 1,000 Clients Served

Since opening its first centre, Vytalyou said it has served close to 1,000 clients. Around half of its customers have come through walk-ins, while the remaining clients have been acquired largely through word-of-mouth referrals.

The company plans to expand its presence beyond Mumbai and establish 10 locations across India in the coming years.

The funding will support the expansion of its clinic network as Vytalyou seeks to build a broader footprint in India’s preventive healthcare and longevity market.

Growing Longevity Healthcare Segment

Vytalyou’s funding comes amid increasing activity in India’s preventive healthcare and longevity segment, with startups developing solutions around early detection, biomarkers, personalised healthcare and healthy ageing.

Other startups operating in the segment include Biopeak, Cent, Elevate Now and Decode Age, which have also raised institutional capital.

Biopeak raised $2.7 million in follow-on funding in January, while Cent, co-founded by Practo’s Shashank ND, raised around $5 million for its AI-led early-detection platform focused on cancer, cardiac, neurological and metabolic risks.

Meanwhile, Elevate Now raised Rs 18 crore in a seed round, while Decode Age raised Rs 14.48 crore in a pre-Series A round to expand its work across longevity research, biomarker discovery, multi-omics and microbiome capabilities.

With its doctor-led model and focus on preventive interventions, Vytalyou is looking to expand its clinic network while building a broader offering around personalised healthcare and longevity.
