Aman Gupta Invests in Home and Living Brand FIG Living Through SailThru Ventures

Entrepreneur and investor Aman Gupta has invested in design-led home and living brand FIG Living through his investment firm SailThru Ventures, as the startup looks to expand its presence across India and build a broader home and lifestyle platform.

The investment also extends Gupta’s association with FIG Living founder Sushant Sharma, who previously worked with Gupta at boAt.

Founded in 2025, FIG Living initially entered the market with a range of lighting products, including table lamps, portable lamps, pendant lights, wall lights and floor lamps. The company has since expanded its portfolio to include side tables, accent furniture and tabletop products.

FIG Living currently has an annual revenue run rate of around Rs 12 crore and serves more than 40,000 consumers. The company is growing at around 20% quarter-on-quarter and is targeting an annual revenue run rate of Rs 18 crore following the upcoming festive season.

The startup develops its products in-house and has secured more than 36 design patents. Around 80% of its product portfolio follows knock-down and DIY formats, allowing customers to assemble products at home. According to the company, this approach also helps reduce transportation costs and operational complexity.

With the fresh investment, FIG Living plans to expand its distribution network and strengthen its physical brand presence by adding more consumer touchpoints. The company also intends to explore global design partnerships and collaborations as it expands its footprint.

FIG Living manufactures its products in India through an affiliated facility in Greater Noida. While lighting remains a key part of its portfolio, the company plans to move further into additional home and lifestyle categories.

The investment comes as design-led consumer brands continue to expand beyond individual product categories and build broader lifestyle offerings. For FIG Living, the focus is now on strengthening distribution, expanding its product portfolio and creating more ways for consumers to interact with the brand.

With its combination of in-house product development, patented designs and a growing consumer base, FIG Living is positioning itself to build a wider presence in India’s home and living market.
