New Delhi: Commercial electric vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has raised an additional ₹50 crore in funding in a round co-led by Abhishek Misra of SKG Asset Management and SKG Fund, along with Unistone Capital, Sanjeev Agarwal Family Office, and Brijesh Parekh Family Office.
The latest fundraise comes shortly after OSM raised another ₹50 crore earlier this month from Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma. The fresh capital will support the company’s plans to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development, grow its dealer and service network, and accelerate the launch of next-generation electric mobility products.
Dr. Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility, said the latest investment marks an important milestone as the company enters its next phase of growth, adding that investor confidence validates its vision, execution capabilities, and long-term strategy. OSM is expanding beyond its established electric cargo three-wheeler business into passenger mobility, premium electric two-wheelers, and electric light commercial vehicles. The company aims to build a broader electric mobility platform serving last-mile logistics, passenger transportation, and commercial applications.
The company currently operates 150 touchpoints across India and plans to increase this network to 250 by FY28. OSM is also evaluating international expansion, with Africa among the key markets under consideration. The latest funding comes as OSM reports improving financial performance. The company recorded approximately ₹333 crore in revenue in FY26, representing 13% year-on-year growth, and has turned PAT positive despite supply-chain challenges and rising raw material costs.
Founded in 2018, OSM operates manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune and has built relationships with enterprise and logistics customers including Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé. As part of its international expansion, OSM announced the commencement of its first overseas manufacturing plant in Jafza, Dubai, in August 2025. The company is now focusing on scaling its manufacturing, distribution, service, and technology capabilities while evaluating opportunities in international electric mobility markets.
