The next generation of SaaS platforms is increasingly moving beyond generic productivity tools towards AI-native solutions designed around specific industry workflows. New Delhi-based Agent B Studio, founded by entrepreneur Natasha Jain, is bringing this approach to the interiors and furnishings industry by building an AI-powered platform that integrates design, visualisation, product intelligence and project automation.
The company is targeting the $800 billion interiors and furnishings industry, where architects, interior designers and developers often rely on multiple disconnected tools for layouts, rendering, sourcing, documentation and client presentations.
Building an AI-Native Vertical SaaS Platform
Agent B Studio is designed to replace these fragmented workflows with a connected AI-powered workspace. The platform enables professionals to design, visualise, specify and deliver projects through a single system.
Its approach reflects the broader shift towards AI-native vertical SaaS, where software is built around the specific requirements and workflows of an industry rather than simply adding AI features to existing horizontal platforms.
AI-Powered Design and Visualisation
Powered by a multimodal AI orchestration engine, Agent B Studio can generate spatially accurate, photorealistic renders from real floor plans and dimensions.
The platform also enables prompt-based design modifications and integrates real products from brand catalogues. Beyond visualisation, it can automate project outputs including bills of materials, quotations and client presentations, helping connect creative design workflows with downstream project execution.
5,000+ Designer Signups in Ten Weeks
Agent B Studio said it has crossed 5,000 designer signups within ten weeks of its launch, highlighting the demand it sees for AI tools designed around professional workflows.
The company believes that the next generation of enterprise software will increasingly focus on executing workflows rather than simply helping users complete individual tasks.
“The next generation of software will not just help people complete tasks—it will understand workflows and help execute them,” said Natasha Jain, Founder and CEO, Agent B Studio.
According to Jain, the largest AI opportunities could emerge from rebuilding industries around intelligence rather than adding AI capabilities to existing software.
Natasha Jain Brings Industry Experience
Jain brings experience from the interiors and furniture industry to the company. Before founding Agent B Studio, she built Bent Chair, a premium furniture brand, and Natelier, its luxury design house.
Her experience in the sector exposed her to the inefficiencies created by fragmented design workflows, providing the foundation for Agent B Studio’s AI-native approach to design software.
A Shift Towards Vertical AI Platforms
The emergence of Agent B Studio comes amid a broader shift in the software industry towards vertical AI platforms that combine domain-specific workflows with artificial intelligence.
While the first generation of SaaS largely focused on moving business processes to the cloud, AI-native platforms are increasingly being designed to understand industry-specific workflows and automate multiple stages of execution.
For Agent B Studio, the focus is on creating an integrated operating layer for the interiors ecosystem—connecting spatial design and visualisation with product catalogues, specifications, commercial documentation and client-facing outputs.
With more than 5,000 designers signing up within its first ten weeks, the company is positioning itself around the growing demand for AI-native design infrastructure and aims to build what it describes as an operating system for the global interiors economy.
