New Delhi-based kitchen and lifestyle brand Cüraa has raised ₹40 crore in a Series A funding round led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from existing investors Kae Capital, Lumikai, and Better Capital.
ValueBridge Capital, a Merisis company, advised Cüraa on the transaction.
Fresh Capital to Drive Product and Distribution Expansion
Cüraa plans to deploy the fresh funds towards expanding its product portfolio across pre-cook and cooking categories, while strengthening its warehousing and supply chain infrastructure.
The company will also scale its presence across direct-to-consumer (D2C), marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, alongside hiring senior executives across key functions.
The funding comes as Cüraa looks to build a broader kitchen ecosystem tailored to Indian cooking habits and household needs.
Building Kitchen Products for Indian Consumers
Founded in 2024 by chef and content creator Sanjyot Keer and entrepreneur Neeraj Kumawat, Cüraa develops kitchen appliances and tools designed specifically around Indian cooking use cases.
The brand was launched in September 2024 and has since served more than 3 lakh households, according to the company.
Cüraa said its monthly net revenue has grown 25 times since launch, while it currently adds around 25,000–30,000 customers every month.
Expanding Across D2C, Marketplaces and Quick Commerce
Cüraa sells its products through its own website as well as platforms including Amazon, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. Amazon currently contributes the largest share of the company’s sales.
With the latest investment, the brand plans to further strengthen its distribution network and improve product availability across online and quick-commerce channels.
The company will also invest in its warehousing and supply chain capabilities as it expands its product portfolio and customer base.
India-First Manufacturing Strategy
Cüraa follows an India-first manufacturing model, with most of the value addition taking place domestically. Some components are sourced from overseas to optimise costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
The company said its focus going forward will remain on strengthening product development and operations while maintaining quality, availability and customer service as it scales.
Founders’ Vision for the Brand
Commenting on the fundraise, Sanjyot Keer said the investment would enable Cüraa to accelerate its vision and reach more Indian households with products designed to help consumers cook better.
Keer, who also runs the food content platform Your Food Lab, brings his experience in food content and consumer engagement to the brand.
Co-founder Neeraj Kumawat said the fresh capital will help Cüraa strengthen product development, supply chain, customer experience and distribution as the company scales.
Entrepreneur and content creator Raj Shamani is also associated with Cüraa as a strategic adviser, supporting the company on consumer reach, brand amplification and strategy.
Cüraa Eyes the Next Phase of Growth
With ₹40 crore in Series A funding, Cüraa is now looking to accelerate its expansion across India’s rapidly evolving kitchen and consumer lifestyle market.
The company plans to broaden its product portfolio across cooking and pre-cook categories, strengthen its operational infrastructure and expand its reach across D2C, marketplaces and quick commerce.
As it enters its next phase of growth, Cüraa aims to build a stronger India-focused kitchen brand by combining product innovation, domestic manufacturing and an increasingly diversified distribution network.
