Agentic enterprise AI startup Kily has raised Rs 30 crore, or $3.1 million, in a funding round led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Razorpay and Wyser Capital.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen Kily’s product capabilities, expand its go-to-market operations and increase the adoption of its platform among consumer brands across India.
Founded in 2025 by Sankalp Mehrotra, Anurag Singh and Sharad Chitlangia, Kily develops AI agents that help brands and sellers manage their operations across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
The startup’s platform brings together marketplace data with a brand’s business goals and operating requirements. It then uses this information to automate commerce-related decisions and workflows.
Kily’s technology is designed to help brands manage several aspects of their digital commerce operations, including product visibility, advertising, pricing and inventory, along with other activities across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
AI Agents for Digital Commerce Operations
Kily operates across major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
Since its launch, the startup has also worked with consumer brands such as ITC, as it looks to help businesses manage increasingly complex digital commerce operations.
According to Kily, brands often depend on spreadsheets, dashboards and manual processes to track and manage their marketplace performance. Its AI agents are designed to reduce this dependency by automating commerce management and decision-making.
The platform can use marketplace information alongside a company’s specific goals and operational requirements to help automate workflows, allowing brands to respond to changes across digital commerce channels more efficiently.
Funding to Support Product and Market Expansion
With the latest funding, Kily plans to invest further in its product capabilities while expanding its go-to-market operations.
The startup will also focus on increasing adoption among consumer brands in India as e-commerce and quick commerce continue to become important channels for product discovery, sales and distribution.
Kily’s focus on agentic AI comes as consumer brands face growing complexity across multiple digital platforms, where pricing, inventory, advertising and product visibility need to be managed simultaneously.
The startup aims to address this challenge by using AI agents to automate parts of the decision-making process and simplify commerce management for brands and sellers.
