Delhi-based electric commercial vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has secured Rs 50 crore in a fresh funding round, strengthening its plans to expand manufacturing, invest in innovation, and accelerate the adoption of electric commercial vehicles across India.
The investment came from Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma, the company announced on Tuesday.
OSM said the newly raised capital will be deployed to increase its manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development (R&D), expand its dealer and service network across the country, and speed up the launch of its next-generation electric mobility solutions.
Founded in 2018 by Uday Narang, Omega Seiki Mobility focuses on electric commercial mobility, manufacturing electric three-wheelers, two-wheelers, and light commercial trucks designed for last-mile logistics. Operating under the Anglian Omega Group, the company manufactures its vehicles from facilities in Faridabad and Pune.
The company has witnessed steady business growth over the past year. In FY26, OSM reported approximately Rs 333 crore in revenue, while recording a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 7.3 crore and an EBITDA margin of 7.7%, reflecting improving operational efficiency.
Over the years, Omega Seiki Mobility has built a strong customer base, serving leading companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk, and Nestlé for their logistics and transportation needs.
Looking ahead, the company plans to deepen its presence across multiple commercial EV segments, including cargo three-wheelers, passenger electric vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers, and electric light commercial vehicles.
Beyond manufacturing, OSM is also strengthening the broader EV ecosystem through partnerships with financial institutions and green mobility companies such as cKers Finance and Mufin Green, making retail financing and fleet deployment more accessible for customers.
With fresh capital in hand, Omega Seiki Mobility is positioning itself to tap into India’s rapidly growing commercial EV market, where demand for cleaner and more cost-effective transportation solutions continues to rise.
