Dailoqa Appoints Sonali Kulkarni as Partner to Drive Enterprise AI Expansion Across Financial Services

New Delhi: Compliance-first AI solutions company Dailoqa has announced the appointment of Sonali Kulkarni as Partner, strengthening its leadership team as the company scales its enterprise-grade AI platform, Broccoli, across India and international markets.

Kulkarni brings over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise technology, and financial services, having worked with some of the world’s leading technology and consulting firms. In her new role, she will lead Dailoqa’s functional and business development initiatives while working closely with the company’s co-founders and partner ecosystem to deepen enterprise relationships, accelerate go-to-market strategies, and support global expansion.

Prior to joining Dailoqa, Kulkarni served as Country Head – BFSI, India & South Asia at Microsoft, where she led enterprise AI adoption across banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) organisations. She joined Microsoft in March 2024 after an accomplished 11-year stint at Accenture, where she rose to the position of Managing Director and spearheaded the firm’s Financial Services practice in India. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at EY and GE Capital, building deep expertise at the intersection of technology, strategy, and financial services.

Her appointment comes at a time when financial institutions are rapidly embracing AI-powered solutions to modernise operations, enhance customer experiences, and navigate evolving regulatory requirements.

Sharing her perspective on the evolving technology landscape, Kulkarni said, “The financial services industry is entering a decisive phase. Digital is fast becoming a legacy. AI is now the foundation for innovation, growth, and resilience. Intelligence is becoming a utility, available on demand, powering decisions, conversations, and compliance in real time.”

Her vision closely aligns with Dailoqa’s mission of building AI solutions designed specifically for highly regulated industries.

Dailoqa is a compliance-first, AI-native consulting firm focused on developing agentic AI solutions for the financial services sector. Its flagship platform, Broccoli, enables financial institutions to deploy production-ready and secure AI workflows tailored for banking, wealth management, and insurance use cases. As enterprises increasingly prioritise trustworthy AI adoption, the company is positioning itself to help organisations integrate intelligent automation while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational security.

With Kulkarni joining the leadership team, Dailoqa aims to strengthen its presence in enterprise AI, expand its client partnerships, and accelerate the adoption of secure, compliance-driven AI solutions across domestic and global markets.
