MyKare.ai Raises $3.2 Million to Expand AI-Powered Healthcare Platform Globally

Healthcare technology startup MyKare.ai has secured $3.2 million in funding, including an additional $1 million in its Series A round. The investment saw participation from Andrew and Alfredo, founders of Papa.com, along with a leading family office from the Middle East.

The company said it will use the fresh capital to strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities, accelerate product development, and support its global expansion plans.

Founded in 2021 by Senu Sam, Rahmathulla T M, and Joash Philipose, MyKare.ai has developed an AI-native healthcare operating system designed for clinics and hospitals. Its platform helps healthcare providers automate several administrative tasks, including patient acquisition, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, patient communication, and feedback collection using AI agents and voice AI technology.

The startup aims to simplify hospital and clinic operations while improving the overall patient experience by bringing multiple workflows onto a single platform. Its AI-powered agents can also answer patient calls, handle queries, identify customer intent, update CRM records, and support patient retention efforts.

According to the company, MyKare.ai currently serves healthcare organizations across India, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and the United States, reflecting its growing international presence.

The healthcare AI startup operates in a competitive market alongside established players such as Yellow.ai, Haptik, Senseforth.ai, Hyro, and Cognigy, all of which provide AI-driven automation solutions for enterprises, including healthcare organizations.

With the latest funding, MyKare.ai plans to further strengthen its AI-powered healthcare platform and expand its reach across global markets as demand for intelligent healthcare automation continues to grow.
