Global commerce platform SHOPLINE has entered into a strategic partnership with Trozo to enable consumer brands to scale growth through artificial intelligence, automated customer engagement, and data-driven marketing.
The partnership combines SHOPLINE’s commerce infrastructure with Trozo’s AI-powered growth platform, allowing brands to create, distribute, and measure marketing campaigns with greater speed and accuracy. The integration aims to address one of the biggest challenges faced by consumer brands today—slow and resource-intensive campaign execution.
Traditionally, brands spend days or even weeks developing a single marketing campaign, involving multiple stakeholders, creative teams, and approval cycles. Trozo seeks to streamline this process through its proprietary AI capabilities.
At the center of the platform is Trozo’s Brand Analyzer, an intelligence engine that scans a brand’s website URL and automatically identifies its visual identity, tone of voice, messaging, positioning, and audience signals. By eliminating lengthy onboarding processes and manual configuration, the platform enables brands to start creating campaigns almost instantly.
Once connected, Trozo’s AI Creative Engine generates marketing creatives, captions, and campaign assets optimized for conversion across channels such as WhatsApp and Instagram. The company claims that tasks that previously required several days of work can now be completed within minutes.
Through the integration, SHOPLINE merchants gain access to Trozo’s complete growth suite, including AI-powered content generation, behavioral customer segmentation, automated WhatsApp and Instagram distribution, revenue attribution tools, and customer retention workflows.
The platform’s customer segmentation capabilities help brands identify high-intent, loyal, and at-risk customers, enabling more personalized campaigns. Meanwhile, its revenue attribution technology links marketing activities directly to business outcomes, providing brands with greater visibility into campaign performance and return on investment.
The partnership is expected to benefit brands operating in sectors such as fashion, beauty, food and beverage, wellness, lifestyle, and creator-led commerce, where rapid execution and strong customer relationships often determine competitive success.
Unlike traditional integrations that primarily focus on storefront functionality, the SHOPLINE-Trozo collaboration introduces an AI-powered engagement layer directly into a merchant’s commerce ecosystem. The solution synchronizes customer data in real time, automates audience segmentation, supports social and conversational commerce, and powers ongoing loyalty and retention programs.
Commenting on the partnership, Janardhan JV, Co-Founder and Chief of Business at Trozo, said that the collaboration marks an important step in transforming how modern commerce brands approach marketing. He noted that Trozo’s AI platform enables merchants to execute personalized campaigns at scale while reducing operational costs and improving revenue outcomes throughout the customer journey.
Dilip Adiga, Co-Founder and Chief of Products and Technology at Trozo, highlighted the company’s focus on integrating seamlessly with existing commerce platforms. He said the Brand Analyzer allows businesses to maintain brand consistency from the moment they connect to the platform, enabling merchants to build intelligent and automated customer relationships without relying on multiple disconnected tools.
A spokesperson from SHOPLINE said that brands increasingly require unified technology ecosystems that simplify growth while enhancing customer experiences. The spokesperson added that Trozo’s AI-first approach to engagement and personalization complements SHOPLINE’s commerce infrastructure and helps merchants unlock smarter growth opportunities.
The partnership reflects a broader industry shift toward AI-driven commerce, where automation, personalization, and customer intelligence play a central role in driving growth. As brands seek faster ways to engage consumers and measure marketing effectiveness, solutions that combine commerce and AI are becoming increasingly important.
Founded in Bengaluru and backed by StartFresh Ventures, Trozo provides AI-powered marketing, loyalty, and customer engagement solutions for brands across food and beverage, direct-to-consumer, and retail sectors. SHOPLINE, meanwhile, serves more than 600,000 merchants globally through its unified commerce platform that supports online storefronts, social commerce, point-of-sale systems, payments, and omnichannel retail experiences.
