Delhi-based perfumery brand Fraganote has secured $3 million in a Series A funding round, with V3 Ventures contributing $2.4 million and Rukam Capital investing $0.6 million. The latest investment comes after Rukam Capital led the company’s pre-Series A round in 2025.
Prior to this, Fraganote had raised $1 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Rukam Capital in August 2025, helping the brand strengthen its position in India’s growing premium fragrance market.
Founded in 2022 by Arjun Anand and Garima Kakkar, Fraganote focuses on creating narrative-led and culturally inspired fragrances. The company manufactures its perfumes in small batches and uses a high concentration of perfume oil, aiming to deliver longer-lasting scents for consumers.
Over the past few years, the brand has built a strong presence across multiple sales channels. While its owned direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform remains a key growth driver, Fraganote has also expanded rapidly through quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
In addition, the company has established a presence on major online marketplaces and continues to expand its reach through Nykaa and modern trade retail outlets.
According to the company, Fraganote has built a customer base of more than 4,00,000 customers and currently records a repeat purchase rate of 35%, reflecting strong customer loyalty in a highly competitive category.
The startup has set an ambitious goal of achieving Rs 100 crore in revenue within the next 18 months as it continues to scale its operations and product portfolio.
Fraganote currently offers around 50 stock-keeping units (SKUs), including 32 individual perfumes, all within the Eau De Parfum category. The brand has also collaborated with several well-known names, including Chivas Regal, The Face Shop, and Phool, further strengthening its visibility among consumers.
India’s fragrance market has witnessed significant growth in recent years, driven by rising demand for premium personal care products and increasing consumer interest in unique and long-lasting scents. Fraganote is positioning itself in this space through storytelling-led fragrances and a digital-first distribution strategy.
The company competes with established and emerging brands such as Skinn by Titan, Secret Alchemist, Zara Perfumes, and House of EM5.
With the fresh Series A funding, Fraganote is expected to accelerate its growth journey, strengthen its market presence, and expand its footprint across both online and offline channels as it works toward becoming a leading fragrance brand in India.
