Affordable Innovative Techno Services (AITS), the parent company of Rysen School, has raised $4 million in a pre-Series A funding round. The round was led by Big Capital and Redbrook Fund, with participation from notable investors including Sujeet Kumar, Ramakant Sharma, and Roman Saini.
Expansion Plans Ahead
The company plans to use the fresh capital to:
- Expand Rysen School’s campus network in emerging cities
- Strengthen its technology-driven learning infrastructure
- Scale its standardised school operating model
Building Scalable Education Infrastructure
Founded in 2023 by O.P. Godara, Kapil Arya, Dr. Kapil Jain, and Pritesh Meena, AITS focuses on building scalable K-12 education institutions across Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions in India.
Through Rysen School, the company aims to deliver a balanced approach that combines:
- Structured academic learning
- Experiential education
- Technology-enabled instruction
The company follows an asset-light model, allowing it to expand efficiently while maintaining operational consistency across campuses.
Growth So Far
Since its launch, AITS has:
- Established 15 campuses
- Expanded across 9 cities in Rajasthan
- Enrolled over 10,000 students
Future Roadmap
Looking ahead, the company has set ambitious goals:
- Reach 100,000 students over the next three years
- Add 100 new campuses in emerging markets
To support this growth, AITS plans to build a centralised learning ecosystem that includes:
- Smart classrooms
- Coding labs
- Blended learning tools
- Academic analytics systems
It also aims to enhance teacher training programs and introduce performance tracking systems to improve learning outcomes at scale.
With a strong focus on technology, scalability, and accessibility, AITS is positioning itself to play a key role in transforming education infrastructure in India’s underserved regions.
