Atomgrid Raises $7 Million in Pre-Series A Round to Expand Global Footprint and Boost Product Development

Bengaluru-based specialty chemicals startup Atomgrid has raised $7 million in a pre-Series A round, comprising a mix of equity and venture debt. The equity infusion was led by A99, with participation from Sadev Ventures, CDM Capital, and existing investor Merak Ventures. On the debt front, the company secured capital from Trifecta, SIDBI, and RevX.

This new investment builds on Atomgrid’s earlier funding of $1.25 million raised in May last year.

Founded by Siddharth Gupta and Lakshit Bansal, Atomgrid positions itself as a full-stack specialty chemicals platform, integrating distribution, R&D capabilities, and proprietary product development to streamline the value chain. The company derives over 50% of its revenue from exports and currently serves more than 150 active customers across 15 countries.

Atomgrid plans to deploy the fresh capital to accelerate its international expansion and fast-track product innovation. The company has completed two funding rounds in the past 18 months and is aiming for nearly 3x revenue growth in FY26 compared to FY25.

Atomgrid operates in a fast-growing segment and competes with players such as Scimplifi (backed by 3one4 Capital) and Covvalent (backed by Nexus Venture Partners).
