Bengaluru-based voice AI startup SuperBryn has successfully raised $1.2 million in a pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by Kalaari Capital’s CXXO initiative, marking a significant boost for the company’s growth plans.

Platform Focus

SuperBryn is developing a critical evaluation, observability, and self-learning layer for enterprise voice AI. The platform’s core mission is to monitor and enhance the real-world performance of voice agents, particularly those deployed in high-risk industries like healthcare, financial services, and insurance.

The company asserts that its platform accelerates the journey from voice AI pilot to full production by increasing reliability and drastically reducing failure rates in live operational environments.

Global Ambitions

The startup is currently focused on securing global customers, with a strategic emphasis on the US market. This international focus is being supported by recent recognitions, including its selection for Nasscom’s InnoTrek USA 2025 and the Mphasis Sparkle Innovation Program, both of which offer valuable access to US enterprise customers.
