Fambo Raises ₹21.55 Crore in Series A Round Led by NABVENTURES’ AgriSURE Fund and EV2 Ventures

Fambo, a Noida-based food solutions startup, has raised ₹21.55 crore in a Series A funding round led by AgriSURE Fund (managed by NABVENTURES Limited), with participation from EV2 Ventures.

This marks Fambo’s second fundraise in 2025, following a ₹21 crore investment in January led by EV2 Ventures and individual investors. The new capital infusion will be utilized to expand into new regions, diversify product offerings, strengthen its team, and enhance technology infrastructure across its supply chain.

Transforming the HoReCa Supply Chain

Founded in 2022, Fambo provides fresh produce and semi-processed food products to the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) sector. The startup currently serves over 1,000 restaurants and cloud kitchens across North and Central India, including major brands like McDonald’s, Burger King, Burger Singh, California Burrito, Nomad Pizza, and Barbeque Nation.

Fambo’s operations are powered by a farm network spanning 75 acres of GAP-certified farmland, ensuring traceable and quality-assured produce. The company works closely with farmers on crop planning, procurement, and post-harvest management, creating a transparent farm-to-fork supply model.

AI-Powered Supply Chain and Processing Infrastructure

The startup operates a temperature-controlled supply chain designed for chilled and frozen delivery, supported by AI-driven logistics planning. Fambo also runs a processing facility in Noida, where it manufactures semi-processed ingredients and co-develops custom menu components for partner brands through its in-house culinary team.

By focusing on consistency, standardization, and farm-level integration, Fambo aims to solve key inefficiencies in India’s HoReCa procurement ecosystem.

Market Context

Fambo competes with leading food-service suppliers such as WayCool Foods, FreshToHome (B2B), and Ninjacart, but differentiates itself through standardized, co-developed ingredients and AI-powered supply chain optimization.

With its Series A round, Fambo plans to accelerate regional expansion, enhance processing capacity, and continue building sustainable partnerships with restaurants and food brands nationwide.
