Uniphore Secures $260 Million in Series F Funding from NVIDIA, AMD, and Snowflake

Conversational AI leader Uniphore has raised $260 million in its Series F funding round, attracting investments from NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, alongside existing backers NEA and March Capital.

The company’s valuation remained steady at $2.5 billion, unchanged since its last funding round in February 2022, when it raised $400 million.

According to a press release, the fresh capital will help Uniphore enhance its platform capabilities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and accelerate global operations across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia. The company also plans to continue acquisitions, following its recent purchases of Orby AI and Autonom8, to bolster its automation and data capabilities.

Founded in 2008, Uniphore offers an enterprise AI platform that integrates systems of record, knowledge, and workflows. Its Business AI Cloud enables organizations to deploy AI agents and automate operations while ensuring data governance.

Uniphore serves over 2,000 enterprises, including multiple Fortune 500 companies. Its solutions help automate customer support, HR, and supply chain workflows, with reported benefits including a 31% increase in self-service rates and 500 hours saved monthly in support operations.

The company follows a subscription-based software and AI deployment model and competes with other players in the conversational AI space, such as Observe.AI, Kore.ai, and Cognigy.

In addition to Orby AI and Autonom8, Uniphore’s acquisition spree last year included data companies ActionIQ and Infoworks, reflecting its strategy to strengthen AI-driven automation and analytics.
