Everbright Health, a managed services and technology platform for mental health providers, has secured $7 million in seed funding, led by W Health Ventures and Sanos Capital.

The fresh funds will fuel technology innovation, US market expansion, and the development of new operational models for other advanced therapeutic modalities.

Everbright’s mission is to make advanced mental health treatments more accessible and scalable. Its AI-powered platform offers end-to-end operational support to psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists—covering everything from patient identification and insurance authorizations to billing, compliance, and treatment delivery.

Unlike traditional healthcare providers, Everbright follows an asset-light, partnership-based model, enabling clinicians to integrate advanced therapies into existing practices instead of competing with them.

The company’s platform facilitates the adoption of FDA-approved interventions such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO, both effective in treating conditions like depression but often underutilized due to infrastructure barriers.

By combining technology teams in India with clinical and operational staff in the US, Everbright creates a unified system that streamlines workflows across multiple touchpoints. Within just three months of its launch, the company has already partnered with over 75 behavioral health providers spanning seven US markets.

This funding marks a significant step forward in Everbright’s goal of helping clinicians scale patient access to advanced care—bridging the gap between innovation and implementation in mental health.
