Mumbai, October 8, 2025: Bandhan Mutual Fund has reduced its holding in Yatra Online Limited through an open market transaction earlier this week. The fund sold 9.93 lakh equity shares on October 6, bringing its stake down from 3.61% to 2.98%.
Prior to the sale, Bandhan Mutual Fund held 56.64 lakh shares, which fell to 46.71 lakh shares following the transaction. Based on Yatra’s current stock price, the partial sale is valued at approximately Rs 15.88 crore, accounting for 0.63% of the company’s total paid-up capital of 15.69 crore equity shares.
Yatra has reported strong growth in Q1 FY26, with revenue from operations rising to Rs 210 crore, up from Rs 101 crore in Q1 FY25. This growth helped the travel services company achieve a fourfold increase in profits to Rs 16 crore.
At the close of trading today, Yatra’s shares were valued at Rs 159.5 each, giving the company a market capitalization of Rs 2,522 crore.
