Intangles Secures $30M Series B to Expand Predictive AI for Fleet Management

Intangles, a startup specializing in physics-enabled Predictive AI for vehicles, has raised $30 million in a Series B funding round led by Avataar Venture Partners, with participation from Baring Private Equity India and Cactus Partners.

This follows the company’s $10 million Series A funding in February 2023, led by Baring Private Equity India. The fresh capital will be used to scale Intangles’ technology, strengthen its predictive AI models, expand into new geographies, and grow its team.

Founded in 2016 by Anup Patil, Neil Unadkat, Jayshri Patil, and Aman Singh, Intangles leverages IoT and AI-based solutions to provide predictive vehicle health monitoring for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and fleet operators. Its platform offers actionable repair strategies aimed at improving vehicle uptime and profitability.

By combining applied physics, scalable engineering, and systems thinking, Intangles enables fleets to transition from reactive decision-making to proactive operational strategies, boosting efficiency and profitability.

The platform currently manages over 400,000 vehicles across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Intangles’ solutions help fleets save up to $10,000 per vehicle annually while enhancing fuel efficiency and reducing emissions.
