ZillOut Secures ₹2.75 Crore Seed Funding to Revolutionize India’s Going-Out Experience with AI

Bengaluru-based AI SaaS startup ZillOut, building India’s “going out” platform, has raised ₹2.75 crore in a seed funding round, with participation from existing investor Jindagi Live Angel Fund and other angel investors. Co-founder Anshul Jhawar also participated in the round, bringing the company’s total funding to ₹4.35 crore to date.

The fresh capital will be deployed to scale AI capabilities, enhance automation, accelerate technology development, expand business operations, and strengthen marketing and other operational initiatives, the company said in a press release.

Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Sharma and Nayan Mishra, ZillOut is an AI-driven platform that combines venue operations infrastructure with guest intelligence, enabling businesses to optimize operations and deliver personalized experiences. The startup addresses key challenges in India’s fragmented going-out ecosystem, where venues and organizers often juggle POS terminals, spreadsheets, booking apps, and third-party promoters, leading to slow operations, scattered data, unnoticed revenue leaks, and unsatisfactory guest experiences.

The platform employs a three-layer approach—Infra, Data, and Distribution—woven into a unified AI-driven thread to improve the end-to-end going-out experience. ZillOut has already onboarded over 150 venues across 20 cities, including Goa, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, and Gurugram. The platform manages ₹80 crore worth of transactions, facilitated more than 6 lakh verified guest entries, handled over 50,000 online bookings, and helped venues save over ₹2 crore in revenue leakage.

Looking ahead, the startup plans to expand its presence to Dubai and Southeast Asia, further scaling its AI-powered platform for real-world experiences.
