Clean energy innovator HYLENR Technologies has raised $3 million in a pre-Series A funding round co-led by Valour Capital and Chhattisgarh Investments Limited. The round also saw participation from investors including Karthik Sundar Iyer and Anant Sarda.
Founded in 2024, HYLENR is working on breakthrough Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR) technology to revolutionize thermal energy generation across sectors such as manufacturing, oil & gas, district heating, and water desalination.
According to the company, the funds will be used to accelerate the transition from pilot stage to market launch, indicating rising investor confidence in LENR as a viable and sustainable alternative to fossil fuels.
HYLENR’s proprietary hybrid heat systems are protected by two patents—one for product architecture and another for process innovation. The company reports unprecedented energy gain ratios in recent lab results and is currently conducting proof-of-concept tests with several government bodies and major corporates.
“Our recent lab results show unprecedented energy gain ratios, and this round gives us the momentum to focus on our product roadmap,” said Siddhartha Durairajan, Chairman and Managing Director of HYLENR. “We’ve started early-stage testing and the next step is scaling up manufacturing and expanding globally.”
The startup’s product lineup spans from 7.2KW systems for domestic use to 1MW solutions for large-scale industrial operations.
