ILine.ai Raises $500K to Expand Low-Emission Delivery Network Across Tier-II Cities

Noida-based climate-tech startup ILine.ai Solutions has raised $500,000 in an angel funding round led by a group of investors focused on climate and mobility innovations. The funding marks a major milestone for the young startup as it ramps up efforts to build a more sustainable and efficient last-mile delivery ecosystem using electric vehicles (EVs).

Founded in April 2025, ILine operates a dual-app marketplace for businesses and delivery partners, powered by an AI-driven dispatch engine that minimizes idle miles and optimizes routing for electric vehicles. The platform offers a range of features including real-time tracking, carbon savings analytics, and OTP-secured drop-offs.

The fresh capital will fuel ILine’s expansion into 12 tier-II cities by December 2025, including Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, and Surat. The company also plans to establish two regional operations hubs and onboard 20,000 EV drivers over the next five months.

In addition to scaling operations, ILine will use the funding to:

  • Strengthen its EV driver marketplace

  • Enhance its AI-based logistics platform

  • Collaborate with EV manufacturers (OEMs) and state transport departments

Looking ahead, ILine is targeting 30,000 daily delivery orders across its network by Q4 2026 and is committed to reaching net-zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2028.

As demand for clean mobility solutions grows in India’s urban and semi-urban centers, ILine is positioning itself as a key player in the green logistics and climate-tech space, competing with emerging platforms focused on sustainable last-mile fulfillment.
