Flexprice Raises $500K Pre-Seed Funding to Build Billing Infrastructure for AI and Agentic Startups

Flexprice, an open-source billing and metering platform tailored for AI and agentic companies, has raised $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by TDV Partners. The round also saw participation from several strategic angels and operators associated with companies like Magicpin, Zomato, Innovaccer, and Aftershoot.

The fresh capital will be used to scale Flexprice’s engineering team, deepen integrations with payment gateways, and further expand its open-source product suite. With its developer-first approach, Flexprice aims to address the growing demand for flexible billing solutions in the $4 billion AI billing infrastructure market.

Founded in 2025, the platform enables SaaS and API-first companies to implement usage-based, hybrid, and fully customized pricing models. Its modular stack supports real-time billing, usage tracking, and entitlement management—without requiring internal teams to build infrastructure from scratch.

Flexprice’s core offering includes real-time analytics, robust APIs, and native integrations with Stripe, Razorpay, and Adyen. This allows tech teams to quickly deploy scalable monetization systems and optimize billing operations.

In the competitive billing infrastructure space, Flexprice is positioning itself against players like Metronome, Orb, and Lago, while differentiating through its open-source architecture and strong focus on AI-native business needs.
