Veranda Learning Raises ₹357 Crore in Maiden QIP to Fuel Growth and Deleverage

Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd, a rapidly growing edtech company backed by the Kalpathi AGS Group, has successfully completed its first-ever Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), raising ₹357.42 crore through the issuance of 1.58 crore equity shares.

The QIP saw strong participation from a mix of marquee domestic and global institutional investors, including Authum Investment, Trust Mutual Fund, Resonance Opportunities Fund, Necta Bloom VCC, and Saint Capital Fund, among others. Systematix Corporate Services Ltd acted as the sole Book-Running Lead Manager for the transaction.

According to the company, the capital raised will be used to strengthen its balance sheet by repaying the Ascertis Credit facility and to support growth initiatives across its education verticals. Veranda noted that the successful QIP is a vote of confidence in its differentiated multi-vertical education model and long-term strategy.

Founded in 2018, Veranda Learning offers end-to-end learning solutions across competitive exam prep, professional upskilling, study abroad, and higher education. The company delivers content via online, offline, and hybrid formats, with a strong focus on academic outcomes.

With a mission to democratize quality education at scale, Veranda continues to expand its footprint across India by leveraging technology and outcome-driven learning frameworks.
