The deal, structured as a cash and equity swap, represents more than just an acquisition—it signals the beginning of a tech-first, insight-led era for India’s managed workspace sector.
Where Bricks Meet Bytes
Founded in 2016 by Saumya Kumar and Pankaj Jain, VSKOUT has built a reputation for its proprietary analytics tools, occupancy forecasting systems, site benchmarking capabilities, and deep insights into India’s CRE (Commercial Real Estate) ecosystem.
With this acquisition, Incuspaze will integrate VSKOUT’s real-time property intelligence into its extensive 4-million sq. ft. workspace footprint—spanning 50+ locations across 18 cities.
“It’s not just about offering space anymore—it’s about offering intelligent space,” a senior executive at Incuspaze shared.
This integration is expected to enhance how Global Capability Centres (GCCs), large enterprises, and developers approach site selection, portfolio strategy, and workspace planning.
Leadership Synergy and the Road Ahead
Post-acquisition, both Saumya Kumar and Pankaj Jain will continue in key leadership roles at Incuspaze:
